Q-Stock for Stock Control with Multiple Locations using Sage Line 50

Q-Stock has been developed to offer users of Sage Line 50 many of the advanced stock control facilities that are currently only available to users of the more expensive Sage products.

The system has a modular design, which will enable you to take only the facilities that are relevant to your business.

Q-Stock works independently from Sage and caters for up to 999 sites with an almost limitless number of stock locations at each site; the aggregate on-hand stock quantities held within Sage are refreshed at the end of each day.

Q-Stock replaces all but the accounting functionality of Sage with in-built purchase orders, stock control and sales order processing; there are even integrated sales quotations and rentals modules available should you need them.

Stock Locations can be identified as ‘unavailable’. This means that quarantine areas and reserved stock locations can be created. There is also a facility to identify stock in transit between sites or depots.

The optional batch and serial number recording facilities together with the comprehensive built-in enquiries provide total traceability of individual stock items.

Purchase and sales ledger postings generated by the system can either be posted directly into Sage as the transactions occur or can be stored and posted later.
